Informations

When you arrive at our campsite, go to the reception. Your pitch is reserved from 12:00 to 12:00, your accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Réception closes at 20:00.

Wifi

Wifi is available free of charge at the reception, in the bar, on the terrace and in the closest pitches. We decided not to have Wifi on all the site. Getting together in a living environment is the chance to meet, chat, to ask for information about the sites to visit or to play some of the games that are available for free (Chess, Puissance 4, Trivial Pursuit...).

Campsite Rules

Our campsite closes its gates at 23:00, after which entry with a car is not possible, and you will have to park your car outside, return to your pitch or accommodation on foot and collect it in the morning. The gates are locked during the night and open at 08:00.
Noise should be kept to minimum after 23:00 to maintain peace and quiet after this time.

Young children should be accompanied to toilet blocks by their parents, to ensure that they are properly used and to prevent children playing around them.

Speed of Cars
This is restricted to 10km per hour. Please respect this rule for everybody’s safety.
Cyclists should also respect the site rules and remember that those on foot have priority.

Vegetation
Respect vegetation. Thanks do not allow washing lines to be tied to trees either for aesthetic or protective reasons.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised well away from the pitches, often in special areas. Please note dogs are not allowed in the rented accommodation.

Registration Police form

As a foreigner in France, you need to fill in the individual police form. To ensure the security of your entire family we need to know the identity of each member. In order to facilitate your check in, we recommend that you  downloard and fill the individual police form sended

Pitches

Electric Hook Up
All our electric sockets are of the continental-Europe typeIt. It is essential to have a 2-pin adaptor plug. We can lend you adaptor if you don’t have any (deposit 20 €).. You should also be equipped with 30 - 40 metres of cable.

Which electric current should we choose? 6 amp or 16 amp?

6 amperes (around 1300 watts) corresponds to the consumption of a fridge, lights, chargers, a microwave oven, etc. You need 16 amperes when you have a household electric kettle, an electric barbecue, a hairdryer...

Accommodations

What’s included in my mobile home?

Dans tous les types d'hébergement, oreillers et couvertures sont fournis gratuitement. Vaisselle, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, meubles de jardin sont fournis.

Arrival and departure

Can I arrive on any day of the week?

During the period 20th June to 31st august, at our accomodations arrivals and departures are limited to saturdays or to sundays. Before and after these dates, you can choose the day of you arrival.

 

What time will my accommodation be ready for me? What time do we need to check out by ?

Accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. In order for us to prepare for our next guests, touring guests must vacate their accommodation before 10am on the day of departure.

 

What will Campsite "Etang de Bazange" send to me before departure?

All your holiday confirmations are now sent by email. At http://www.camping-bazange-dordogne.com/francais/venir-au-camping, you can use our route planner to plan your journey to our campsite.

 

Will I need to leave a cleaning deposit when I arrive?

In order to maintain our high standards of accommodation, 80 € cleaning deposit will be required on your arrival. This is fully refundable on verification that you holiday home has been left in a clean and tidy condition suitable for use by the next guests.
